Youth Festival Events
1. Review malsaram (any one can compete)
Judge : Solomon Date : 5Dec to 13th Dec Solomon will suggest the name of 5 movies for which members have to write reviews for two of them and PM it to him . He will declare the winner and runner ups on 13 dec 2. Photography (any one can compete) judge :Mahi Date : 5 Dec to 13 th Dec Mahi will specify a thene for which participants may have to put photographs . mahi will declare the winner and runner ups on 12 dec 3. katha Rachana (any one can compete) judge : Solomon Date : 7 Dec to 13 th Dec ee divasangalil ningalude oru cheru katha postam , judge will decide on winners and runner up on 12 th 4. Essay writing -English (any one can compete) judge :Bean Date : 6Dec to 13 th Dec Bean will give a topic to write a short essay . members can PM their essays to bean and he will select the winner and runners up. 5. Essay writing Malayalam (any one can compete) judge :--- Date : 7 Dec to 13 th Dec judge will give a topic to write a short essay . members can PM their essays to judge and he will select the winner and runners up. 6. Find the member :ashwamedham (2 persons from each house ) judge :Myself or Mahi Date : 7Dec to 10 th Dec IST 7.30 to 9 Suppose A vs B A will think of an SS member who has atleast 50 posts sent it PM to judge B can ask qns for which answer would be yes or no , if qn is unanswered by A or even by the judge , the qn won;t be counted. The competitons depends on how many qns B takes to find out the person , lesser the number of qns, better for B This will go in round Robin manner like A vs B , B vs C, C vs D and D vs A . The top 4 members from 8 will compete against each other and we will arrive on winners and runner ups Qn can't be asked like "Does his name start with A,B,C" etc :- and only one qn regarding the number of posts he has made 7. Debate (2 teams from each house, each team containing 2) judge :Bean Date : 7Dec to 13 th Dec Bean will give 2 topics each for whioch the teams have to speak for and against . for 15 minutes. judge will go through the arguments and decide on winners and runner ups 8 . Poster Design (any one can compete) Judge : PFC Date : 7Dec to 13 th Dec members can design posters for any forthcoming movie and post it . PFC will evaluate them and declare the results. 9. Puzzles (any one can compete) Judge : myslef Date : 10 Dec to 11 th Dec, IST 7.30 -9 I will post puzzles between IST 7.30 and 9 . member posting right answer first will get the mark . Reason for the solution is not mandatory though it would be better to have . A single person cannot make more than two answers per question . 10. Quiz (Based on Cinema and some related stuff) (any one can compete) Judge : Mahi Date : 8 th Dec - 9th Dec IST 7.30 -9 Mahi will ask questions based on malayalam Films and some misc stuffs , Persons who give maximum right answers first will get top mark.
