Expressions 2011 | Event 5|Essay contest- Results Announced

Hi All,
I'm announcing the subject for Essay contest (English) here .I've chosen a subject relevant, at least in theory, to all Keralites. It's a subject that most of the keralites likes to talk and put forward their opinions, even if it has nothing to do with them directly. So what is that subject ..?

It's 'Express Highway' mooted almost 8 years back and was a subject of may heated discussions. What is your take on Express highway . what is the best way to go about it..

I'll let my mail ID known , ones the teams have decided on the contestants.
I would like the number of contestants to be limed to 5 or 5 from each team.

I guess 100 lines should be a good limit. If anybody wants more , I'm open to any suggestions.
