Format of debate is this
A team (2 members) is given 2 subjects and they choose one and debate on it, one for and another against. Once subject is announced they should start in 30 minutes and debate for another 30 minutes.
Planning to start tomorrow evening and any team can come forward for tomorrow's slot. If the team doesn't turn up or breaches time limit or fails to complete, they forfeit their chance and no points.
