SS youth Festival Debate ( Item #8) Results Announced- Peruchazhikal thurannu kayari

This is the announcement about SS debate . There going to be 5 subjects each from Film field and non fim related. Every house has to select 1 each and 2 members from same house debate about 1 subject, one for and one against. Debate can be in any language and should not last for more than 30 minutes. Hope there won't be any fixing and the arguements are out of every member's conviction than to please the gallery.
Whoever comes first ( team captain, participants or reps) can select the topic of their choice.
Same team from the house need not debate about their second subject. It can be given to another set of 2 people, if they wish.
Films related Topics
1. Mainstream Malayalam films are worse than their tamil counterparts and we are still basking in the glory of past films..? Done by Saroj and Waterloo

2. Commercial malayalam films are treating women as dumb and are sexist -Done By Saji and Nettooran

3. Do we really need experimental films from superstars , or are they doing it just for the sake of an image change, rather than out of conviction.. By DC and Diggy ?

4. Are the celebrated directors of current era worth the hype and attention they get..Or are they just standing tall over the mediocre rest

5. Can malayalam films do wonders outside kerala, in terms of B.O success, if they are given adequate publicity..?

1. Do you think Kerala society is better-off , morally, socially & intellectually, than they were 200 years ago..?

3. Do we bother about other countries' problems, which are no way connected to us..?

PS: The next debate can start only after the previous one is completed. Captains and participants take care about the order.

and/or Kuttosan Vs Emi for topic 2...

Start cheythal 30 minutes -il finish cheyyanam..
