i am posting photos of kaliyikkavila RICHU THAMEENS and LITTLE THAMEENS theatres...

kaliyikkavila is situated in border of trivandrum and kanyakumari districts...
(can be considered as kerala theatres)

eventhough technically these halls fall in the land of tamil nadu, films are released according to kerala release- travancore sector. (usually). target audience for these halls are actually malayalees from parasalla to kuzhithura region.

the phone number of theatre is kerala numbers (0471 series), the disrtibution sector is kerala(TVM), ufo projection also under kerala sector....

just 31 kms from trivandrum bus stand and one km from parassala....


actually, little thameens was started first...(i dont know the year, but at least 30+ years back). but richu thameens is comparatively newer hall..(around 12 years old).

this is a big hall with balcony. this hall has a wide screen, 30+ seats in a row, 3way dts facilty etc.
ufo projection.
but the interior walls r not so attractive compared with the facilities of theatre.

this hall was inuagrated by chiyan vikram some 12 yrs back.
