Udayam Theatre is a multiplex located in Chennai.[1] The complex is made of four cinemas Udhayam, Mini Udhayam, Suriyan and Chandran. The 40,000 square feet (3,700 m2) theatre complex is located on a 1.31 acres (5,300 m2) plot on 100 feet (30 m) road in K. K. Nagar. The complex was built by 6 brothers in 1983. The complex was recently put up for sale by auction. The highest bidder was S Paramasivan Pillai, whose winning bid was worth 80 crore rupees. But the sale is not confirmed by the owners.
Udhayam Complex has three theater (Udhayam, Suriyan & Chandiran) when it was built in 1983, Few years back Udhayam theatre was split into Udhayam and Mini Udhayam. all the theatre has DTS speaker installed and air conditioned.
PAYYANNUR – RAJADHANI MINIPLEX

Total seats –Around 100 – Multiplex style hall with new pushback seats.
In balcony family booking available – only five seats for Rs.500/-
One of the best and small theatre in Kannur district opened this year.
Ticket Rate – Rs.70/- (Reservation available)
