SS ELITE Member Zone ! Poll added in Elite Zone - Elite members Pls vote !!

As a matter of safety of the forum members, we have created a new section "Elite Member Zone" to share our member's photos, private infos, phone no.s etc... So only trusted members are granted access to this area !

Active and known members are granted access, those who are missed or want to access the special zone, please request here...If your request is genuine you will be granted access.

The new conditions for Elite Zone Access are:

1. A member automatically qualifies for ELITE ZONE membership if he satisfies ALL the conditions below:

a. If you are participant of an SS organized get-together of three or more members.
b. Have 750 posts
c. Membership of 3 months or more in SS.

2. The recommendation system is being modified. A member is eligible to be recommended only if he/she has
a. 750 posts AND
b. Membership of 3 months or more in SS

OR

c. If you are participant of an SS organized get-together of three or more members.

Recommendations should be as below:
a. Atleast one moderator should recommend
b. 2 Senior members* should recommend.
*(1year elite member or x-mod or mod)

This is generally supposed to be used by members who cannot attend G2G.
Members who are recommended will go through process mentioned in #3 below.

3. A poll will be started in Elite zone to allow members to decide on the access.
The poll will have validity of 3 days.
The result of the poll will determine the elite zone access.

NOTE
============
Please note that this is only a necessary condition and will not guarantee that your request would be approved.
The final decision would be the discretion of admin panel, and the members who recommend will need to prove that
their acquaintance with the applicant is personal and not online.

Further to this a periodic review of the elite zone access would be performed, and the access of inactive members revoked temporarily. They would be informed via PM's of the same, and once they return to Snehasallapam can get back their access by contacting the admin panel.
This would apply to existing members and members who have been part of G2Gs as well.

Admin will use discretion only to reject/revoke access and not to grant access.

The new rule is wef from Oct 01, 2011. The access as on today will not be reviewed for the new rule.
