MY suggestion :

Why cant we create/cooridante a common account for this..Each and every member can contribute to that account monthly or when ever they need. If we find any article we can help them..No need to see as a charity event.

Eg : If tony is having an account we can contribute to that. If 10 members contribute 500 per month it will be 5k total and 60k per annum. If LITOS found that somebody needs help at CLT we can discuss and push some amt to LITOS so that he can give to them....

Tony will publish the details of contribution/expenditure once in a quarter or a month..

Please think once and share..Its just a rough draft the final we can make it from opinions/input from all..
