Businessman music launched in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam ![]() For the first time, Hyderabad witnessed the audio launch of Mahesh Babu's much awaited Businessman on Thursday. Aditya Music has bagged the music rights. Thaman has composed music. The Tamil version of the songs was released by Krishna and Vijaya Nirmala while Rajamouli, Charmee and Achhi Reddy released the Malayalam version. Director Seenu Vytla unveiled the Telugu songs. R. Venkat is producing the film under the banner of RR Movie Makers. Starring Kajal Aggarwal in the female lead, the film will be released it in three languages: Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam simultaneously. Business Man Music Review Business Man- Right vocals and instrumentation ![]() The Businessman, it should be said at the outset, belies our expectations. Nevertheless, the six songs (including the theme song) are worth a listen for the thrum of energy passing through the numbers. Thaman doesn't give us a Champakamala or a Chulbuli. It may disappoint you a bit, but you may see a glimmer at the end of the tunnel (in their picturization on the celluloid). Written by Bhaskarabhatla Ravikumar, the lyrics are not very exciting either. All in all, the album scores average. Aamchi Mumbai Artists: Ranjith, Rahul Nambiar, Naveen, Aalap Raju Lyricist: Bhaskarabhatla Ravikumar The song sets the mood on fire. Rekindling the memories of Pokiri, this racy song is interspersed with intereseting lyrics. The song is short, but SS Thaman makes the right impression. Ranjith, Rahul and co make it a pulsating experience. Sir Osthara Artists: Suchitra, Thaman Lyricist: Bhaskarabhatla Ravikumar If Suchitra's high-voltage pitch feels Dookudu, her coarse vocals make it a compelling listen. Thaman chips in with his typical vocals. As a musician, he experiments a lot. By mixing pleasant instruments in between, Sir Osthara feel like the best one. The lyricist's Hindi wordings offer relief, too. Pilla Chao Artist: Rahul Nambiar Lyricist: Bhaskarabhatla Ravikumar The song gives Puri's hero to lament the constant spurning of the heroine. The song is swarmed with similies in the lyrics. Thaman follows a beaten path and belts out routine stuff. Rahul's vocals are at their usual entertaining good. Chandamama Navve Artist: Haricharan Lyricist: Bhaskarabhatla Ravikumar Haricharan's twang is a far cry from his usual style. The song's musical quality does not inspire, but Chamdamama Navve is enjoyable for the instrumention. That said, Thaman could have done better. You don't fee like humming the song, and when the song ends abruptly, you would want to thank Thaman. Bad Boyz Artists: Priya Himesh, Geetha Madhuri Lyricist: Bhaskarabhatla Ravikumar The song is more lengthier than other numbers, Bad Boyz is very boisterous. The new-age woman lists her criteria and sums up saying that she would want a bad boy as a husband. In the illustrious career of Puri, who has shot bewitching item numbers, Bad Boyz should be dubbed as the only poor one. Businessman (Theme) Artists: Mahesh Babu, Puri Jagannadh Lyricist: Bhaskarabhatla Ravikumar Thankfully, the theme song is exhilirating. Its invigorating spirit is in tune with the mania that has come to be associated with The Businessman from the beginning. Mahesh's voice, who speaks with gusto, spices up the proceedings, while Puri is so-so. Thaman delivers the final punch in his style. Next only to Sir Osthara, the theme song is interesting. |
