An well made whodunit which starts off as a murder mystery and then shifts into a thriller mode... The Ensemble cast including Daniel Craig & Chris Evans was exceptional with special mention to Ana de Armas who came up with a Brilliant performance.. Immigration pole political aaya orupaad issuesum padathil mention cheyunundu… Overall a well made murder mystery/thriller despite having some pacing issues in the mid portions when the story completely focusses on Ana's character... Recommended for all who like this genre...

This recent trend started with Ghostbusters 2016 where the gender swapping and sub par product was met with huge uproar by the fans of the beloved franchise and those fans were branded as 'sexist and toxic'... Needless to say, the movie flopped hard... This was closely followed by the star wars fans meltdown over the choices made in 'the last jedi' and the disrespect shown towards the OG characters(also kathleen kennedy strutting around movie promos in 'the force is female' tshirts didnt help either)... The whole passionate star wars fandom was branded as toxic by the media for not accepting the new and diverse characters... It all climaxed when 'Solo' ended up a failure and 'Rise of the skywalker' massively underperformed at the BO... The next beloved franchise that was ruined by virtue signalling was Terminator. Granted the recent movies in the franchise were underwhelming but 'dark fate' put a nail in the franchise coffin once and for all by killing off fan favourite john connor in the first 2 minutes of the movie so that a latina woman could replace him as the eponymous saviour(cos identity politics)... The media promotes such movies as 'timely', 'breaking stereotypes' ,'a tight slap to toxic masculinity'... Naturally, these buzzwords act as a major put off for lots of cinegoers and they choose to stay away from them... and then when the movie tanks, the media blames men for 'not coming to theatres n supporting these movies with socalled relevant messages'... Yet they conveniently swallow the fact that the same crowd who cheered on for wonderwoman, boos at captain marvel for the massive amount of cringe in most scenes she is in... 'Birds of prey' was prey to this same woke marketing with ewan mcgregor calling this movie feminist and taking down misogyny a peg etc and media putting out hitpiece articles lapping that up, saying that 'all the female characters in this movie purposely arent made attractive to the male gaze'... Consequently, when the movie tanks, the blame game by media is pretty much gonna be on 'toxic sexists', while the real blame should fall on the marketing team and media themselves...

Captain Marvel suffered due to the hate for Brie, but the damage was limited coz of pre Endgame anticipation. Unless someone like the Russo Bros/Taika take over the sequel,the hate would be strong for that one.

You are right... she had the charisma of cardboard in the movie but still managed to break 1 billion cos fiege strategically positioned it after infinity war and shoehorned her character into endgame (heard Russo brothers didnt want to include captain marvel in the infinity saga but were forced to, in order to launch her safe, as her comics arent popular either)... insider reports say feminist writers have been hired for captain marvel 2 (unconfirmed)... taika and russo brothers are men with vision... taika has been on a roll with ragnarok, jojo rabbit and even that awesome season finale of mandalorian... But fans are quite apprehensive about the creative decisions for 'thor: love and thunder' and the comments he made about it... marvel universe as a whole, is going on hyperdrive with identity politics and inclusion... Lets see if that gambit pays off(cos it never did for the rest of the franchises)...
