If the situations were normal, Marakkar would have easily proved you that its the Emperor amongst the Lords (Odiyan, Lucifer, Pulimurugan etc). If association didn't involve themselves in dirty politics, it would have broken Odiyan's initial by a mile. And still many think it will.
