      Between 2010-2015 a lot of Malayalam movies like Bangalore Days, Charlie, Drishyam, Om Shanthi Oshana, Premam, Vellimoonga, Usthad Hotel etc were worth watching more than once. You would feel something fresh each time you saw such movies.

      Since the advent of realistic thrillers/feel good films the quality has not necessarily gone down but the repeat watch factor is not there except for very few films. I think the film industry should introspect. These days Malayalam cinema does not excite me any more.

      Exactly!!! I really don’t feel that excitement to watch malayalam movies nowadays..
