There is another scene which was shown in theater where goons attack Divya Unni and she gets rescued by Mammotty and takes her to his place. There she haves a conversation with Praveena where Praveena says that Thilakan has made some findings regarding the assassination like "more than 1 person is behind the murder" etc etc.
Another deleted scene is when Bose sees his pic in newspaper, he has a conversation with someone regarding his next move!!

Maybe...I believe now the trimmed version seems to be far better than the complete version....Praveena scene with Divya Unni was same as Thilakan scene with Prof Aliyar...Just added a bit of female saviour image to Mammotty's character. I don't recall much regarding the scene featuring Bose!!
