Liverpool FC - Key dates for the Reds in the season ahead
The derby, Cup Finals, Europe, Man Utd. For Liverpool fans, the 2014/15 season holds much promise and excitement as Brendan Rodgers' side look to build on last year's impressive campaign.
These are the dates you can’t miss next season as the Reds aim to go one further than they managed last May. Some are more hopeful than others but with LFC, you always have a chance.

As part of the Reds' pre-seaon tour of North America they take part in the Guinness International Champions Cup, where they will go up against Olympiacos, Manchester City and AC Milan.
As well as being a prestige contest, there will also be the opportunity to catch a glimpse at some of Liverpool's new stars.

The opening game of the Premier League season brings Southampton to Anfield. There will be an air of familiarity about it for new Reds signings Rickie Lambert and Adam Lallana who both recently swapped the South Coast for Merseyside.
It remains to be seen on which side Croatian defender Dejan Lovren will be lining up for.
One certainty though is that Liverpool will be looking to lay down an early marker for the season ahead.
